Patriot Estates started less than two years ago and are nearly half sold out of their first phase, even in this lagging economy. Our homes only subdivision has been this successful for a variety of reasons. First, our builders, Majestic Homes, pride themselves in providing a quality home with a multitude of features that other builders offer as upgrades. Next, they allow the customer to modify their homes to suit their desires. No two homes are alike inside or out. Each home is customized by the builder to fulfill the wishes of the homeowner. Our builder works side by side with you during every phase of construction. Once a floor plan is decided on, you meet with the builder and modify your home to suit your needs. From there, the plans go to our architect and come back to you for your approval. The build time has never been longer than four months, with most being completed in less.

Don’t let our prices fool you. There is no lack of quality in our homes. Our homes come complete with the lot, block walls, side gates and front landscaping included. Our backyards are large enough for a pool or any other ideas you might have. We are also one of the first developments in the valley to have access to fiber optics and our homes are wired for fiber optics, satellite dish, cable and alarm. Each home is constructed on a foundation that has a full grid of steel, even though codes do not require it. Then all of our exterior walls, including the three-car, boat deep garages are constructed of 2x6 joists, then insulated with 1 1/2 inches of foam before the stucco and color coat are applied. The lack of any exposed wood on the exterior and tile roofs mean less upkeep and more time to play for the proud homeowner. Skylights are also included as well as tile floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Tile countertops with decorated tile backsplashes top off the solid oak cabinetry that is standard. Ceiling fans are provided in all of the bedrooms and living area. Each home is equipped with a covered patio complete with natural gas for those big barbeques you will want to have.
