We moved to Patriot Estates from Bullhead City. We were looking for large bedrooms and Kevin suggested that we take a four bedroom footprint and turn it back into a three bedroom home. That made all of our guest bedrooms very large. We also modified the garage to be wider and longer to be able to accommodate our Jet Ski trailer. With a rear door we can pull it right through to the backyard and still have our garage for other toys. Everything turned out great and we got exactly what we wanted. Kevin made sure that everything went as smooth as possible and we were in right on time.

We moved here from Las Vegas. Our home was one of the most difficult homes to build in Patriot Estates. We were told that we hold the record for the number of modifications. Kevin handled all of them very professionally, making sure that everything was perfect. He constantly updated us with pictures and kept us informed every step of the way. We feel we were very lucky to have him as our salesperson.

When we visited the models at Patriot Estates in December of 2007, the one thing that got our attention was the What You See Is What You Get Models, and what we mean by this, is there was not a base price for the house and the model had X dollars of upgrades. The Base price of the model was as it was presented. Majestic Homes worked with us to make several changes to the base plans and once we had these items worked out we decided to build. We remained at our home in Florida while the home was being built. We monitored the progress remotely. This was achieved by, Kevin sending us pictures of the building process, and if I wanted shots of a specific area he would take them and email them quickly. We even made changes to the countertop and tile color through this process. Patriot Estates provided us a timeline, which was very accurate. We planned our move and actually arrived in Arizona two days after the house was officially completed. The only item outstanding was the landscaping and this was at my request.
